We have come up with a delightful weekly menu to tantalise your taste buds to bring a bit of the restaurant into your own home at this current time.

We will be using the same ethos for our delivery service as we do for our private dining -

A weekly changing menu with focus on flavour and quality, cooked by your own personal chef and delivered to you. 

Your delivery will include all the instructions on how to finish your In house menu in the comfort of your own home ensuring you get an amazing plate of food just as you would if we were there ourselves cooking for you.

Beetroot and liquorice cured salmon, smoked celeriac remoulade, creme fraiche and yuzu dressing, rye bread 


To Follow

Crispy slow roasted pork belly, white bean and shitake mushroom cassoulet, buttered hispi cabbage, mushroom ketchup, pork jus (GF)


To finish

Strawberry and elderflower trifle, honeycomb

About your order -

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of NG10

Any orders over the 10 mile radius can still be delivered to but with a charge of £0.65 ppm over the 10 miles

Deliveries available from Friday-Sunday

We will aim to get your delivery to you on your selected day between 2pm - 7pm (We will be in contact if we are running late)

Weekly menus will be released on our social media sites by 8pm on Monday evenings

This is based on a first come first serve basis

All orders must be placed by Wednesday 8pm for weekend deliveries

Please note we can not cater for any dietary requirements at the moment

You will receive confirmation of your order once sent through with our bank details on how to pay (Please note full payment is needed to confirm your order for delivery)

If full payment is not received by 10pm on the day of ordering this may void your order and the slot will be allocated to someone else

Food will be delivered to your doorstep with instructions on how to reheat and serve each course (Please note only reheat food once)

Private Chef Craig's Journey

​Craig has always felt that food was a part of who he was ever since he was young. After school he studied in Nottingham at a top catering college. He would wait tables and also worked in a small French bistro in the evenings whilst studying. Craig managed to develop his cooking skills when he joined a medium sized hotel as a Chef de Partie.

As a chef there are many roads that can be taken and Craig wanted to experience different types of catering, so he started catering for corporate companies as well as universities. As he got more experience and his confidence grew, he soon started to cater for well-known sporting events such as;

  • ​British Open Golf
  • ​Motorsports Events

​One of Craigs proudest and memorable experiences is being able to cooking for professional athletes in the 2012 Olympic Games. Craig decided to become a personal chef, private dining allows him to cook fine dining restaurant quality food in the comfort of your home, as well as corporate events.

Using locally Sourced Produce from Nottingham

If you ask Craig to describe his culinary philosophy, he would explain it as 'fresh from the local area and honest-to-goodness cooking, guaranteed' because nothing beats a touch of local flavour, especially when it comes to food.That's why, whenever possible, Craig Floate Chef sources ingredients from local producers and suppliers, so he knows what he is buying, where it comes from and who grew it, and he only ever take the best.

So whether it's succulent lamb or fine cheeses, locally reared beef or caught- that-morning crab, you'll always find only the best and freshest food makes it to your plate when you choose to enjoy a fine dining or corporate dining experience in the comfort of your own home courtesy of Craig Floate.
